Vulcanizing cement is a type of glue used in tire repair and repair of rubber products. It consists primarily of butyl rubber and organic solvents, with perhaps some accelerators or thickeners added.
When Vulcanizing cement is used for tire repair, it will be applied to the patched position and the damaged surface, and react with the patch and tire surface to achieve bonding and repair of the patch and tire. HOPSON chemical vulcanizing cement is made with a special formula that can make the rubber patch vulcanized to firmly stick to the tire. It is used in the vulcanizing process.

DIRECTIONS
1. CLEAN thoroughly a large area around the injury using Rubber Prep Buffing Solution and an inner liner scraper.

2. BUFF prepared the repair area to a velvety smooth RMA# 1 texture. Do not reclean with buffing solution.

3. CEMENT prepared area. Work well into rubber with stippling action making sure not to puddle. Allow the cement to dry completely, for 3-5 minutes.

4. APPLY THE REPAIR UNIT according to instructions on the repair material to be used.
