1. Place the wounded limb through the tourniquet band loop

2. Pull the band very tight

3. Fasten it back and adhere

4. Twist the rod until the bleeding has stopped

5. Place the rod inside the clip and lock it in place

6. Secure the rod and record the time of application on White Strap

1. Open the package and place the pad on the wound

2. Wrap the elastic bandage around the limb or body part tightly

3. Insert elastic bandage into pressure bar

4. Pull the back-forcing pressure bar down onto the pad, and continue to wrap it tightly
