Description

These 75mm bias repair patches can be used on tubeless or tube-type tires. They offer excellent flexibility, greater strength, and construction and have been proven safe and dependable by millions of on-the-road miles. Manufactured with a ply of rubber between the fabric and cushion gum which acts as a float or shock-absorbing ply. Repair unit construction allows for easy application and enables repairs to be made closer to the tyre bead, eliminating the need for a separate sidewall repair unit.

INSTRUCTIONS
 

Repairing a tire using a tire patch is a simple process that can be done with just a few tools. Here are the basic steps:

1. Locate the puncture: The first step in repairing a tire is to locate the puncture. You can do this by inspecting the tread for any signs of damage or by listening for air hissing out of the tire.

2. Remove the tire: Once you have located the puncture, remove the tire from the wheel using a tire iron. Be sure to loosen all of the lug nuts before raising the car with a jack.

3. Clean the area: Use a wire brush or sandpaper to clean the area around the puncture. This will ensure that the patch adheres properly.

4. Apply the patch: Apply the patch over the puncture, making sure that it covers the entire damaged area. Press down firmly on the patch to ensure a good seal.

5. Reinflate the tire: Reinflate the tire to the recommended pressure using a tire inflator. Check the pressure with a tire gauge to make sure it is correct.

6. Check for leaks: Finally, check for any leaks using soapy water. If you see bubbles forming around the patch, there may be a leak and you may need to reapply the patch or replace the tire.
