Simply roughen the areas to be sealed and stick one of the differently sized patches to it by using the included CAMPLAST cement. 

With CAMPLAST cement, you can even easily repair soft PVC or fabric surfaces like those of awnings or tarpaulin. When not in use, you can stow away the compact plastic box into your pocket.
